Has a in line t-filter type 95s6 5000 psi max pressure filter. Regulating valve directly downstream, then a air outlet. The assembly also has a flow meter setup on the same bracket with inlet and outlet for a flow meter, this would allow you to use the regulating valve to adjust your cfm flow. The flow meter is of unknown type. The Balston filter housing has a built in bypass system to blow off line or just to bypass, it is regulated by a valve. This system is setup for high pressure. We have more than one of these setups in very similar condition with the same Balston filter on each but the threaded connections into and out of the flow meter are ... moredifferent size connections. All include bypass, flow meter, regulating valve, and square casing that the filter is installed on.
