Avid (SRAM) XO Disc Brakes 2011
You are bidding on a used pair of Avid(SRAM) disc brakes for a mountain bike that I bought new in 2011. These brakes were in fine working order when I recently removed them from my bike. With the exception of pad wear. The rear caliper has worn pads; the front has no pads. The front brake will need new DOT fluid and will need to be bled. Some relatively minor scratches on the calipers and lever bodies. Everything in the photo is included.

Front and rear brakes. I replaced the original pad holders(campy) with Sram ones. It is much easier to change the brake pads on the Sram holders than the campy ones. These brakes are used. But the pads are in pretty good condition. There is a brake cable housing ferrel that is stuck in the front brake and is pretty chewed up. It's going to take a little bit of work to get that guy out.

Custom Aluminum Cyclocross Road Bike Frame, Disc Brakes, WITH Cane Creek Headset
For sale is a great aluminum cyclocross frame for a custom bike build: the Nashbar X Aluminum Cyclocross frame. Size medium with an installed Cane Creek S-3 sealed bearing headset(cups already installed into head tube) I recently changed my riding style and simply exchanged frames, so I am liquidating this frame and the Avid BB5 disc brakes I previously had installed.see my other auctions! The frame is in outstanding shape overall and was ridden relatively infrequently. Only during favorable weather. The frame has minor wear overall, just the usual small scuffs you'd expect with normal wear. For the most part, the super attractive flat black paint job looks mint. Specifically, there are two small wear patches on the head tube from abrasion from the brake/ derailleur cable housing, a 1/2" paint scratch on the drive-side chainstay, ... moreand a minor scuff on the non-drive-side chainstay. The headset cups were installed professionally and the bearings themselves are still in good shape. The only headset discrepancy is with the lower sealed bearing, which has some surface rust on the outside and inside of the shell(there's minor residue from this rust inside the lower cup, all superficial) However, the headset operates smoothly, never presented a problem and ultimately, could be easily swapped for a new lower sealed bearing. The headset is complete and only requires a crown race for whatever fork you decide to install. The frame specifications are as follows: Seat tube: 540mm. Effective top tube: 560mm. Actual top tube: 537mm. Chainstay: 425mm. Head tube: 135mm. Wheel base 1018mm. Head angle 70.5 degrees. Seat angle 73 degrees. Standover height 775mm. Brake mounts: disc and removable studs for caliper. Rear wheel spacing: 130mm. As far as sizing goes. This frame is comparable to a standard 58-60cm road frame(with 700x23c wheels/ tires) which fits me well at 6'0.5" 170lbs. It's geometry is unique in that it's tailored for speed/ cylcocross with a natural back angle of the top tube and top-mount

Here is a very nice Cannondale CX9 cyclocross 47 cm frame. The Cannondale website says the top tube is 52.5 cm. Included with the frame is an Easton EC 90X carbon fork. A set of TRP carbon cantilever brakes is also included. The frame comes with a SRAM Force front der and a headset. The frame only has about 200 miles on it and is in very good condition with no dings or dents. The only issue is on the fork dropouts the paint chipped away where the wheel is mounted. I did not touch it up so the buyer would know what they are getting. It is not a big deal and not that noticeable when the wheel is mounted. It could easily be touched up. 1970's TRIUMPH 26" Bicycle Bike GOLD SINGLE SPEED COASTER BRAKES
This is a used girls 26" TRIUMPH Bicycle. The tubes& tires hold air. The bike does works but the pin for the crank is bad so the pedal skips. They were riding the bike this way for some time because the kick stand has a notch cut into it from rubbing. The screw is missing on the rear fender and the rear reflector is still nice. I did clean up some spots on the chrome& painted parts. For the pictures. There is some pitting on the rims the rest of the chrome should clean up. There are scuffs& scrapes and dents the frame is still in great shape but the forks are bent the front rim has a dent as well. This is an awesome hardtail mountain bike. A Rockhopper size XL/21' from Specialized. I used this as my xc bike and it's light and fast! I've even used this in cyclocross races because it is such a workhorse. Fork is a 100mm travel Rockshox Dart 3. Sram x4 8 speed shifters. A x5 rear derailleur, Shimano Altus front derailleur, And it has disc rims and Tektro Novella brakes equipped and fully tuned. Frame has some paint flecks, chips and scratches but no serious damage like dents or cracks or anything. The left shifter lost the faceplate so I made one and glued it on. The cannondale stem I have on there is 110mm but I also have a 90mm one if you prefer a shorter reach. seatpost has a shim in it because the post I have in there is a 30.0 and it takes a 30.9 so it's real close. Avid BB5 Brakes and Paul's Levers
I am selling a set(front and back) of used Avid BB5 mechanical disk brakes with Paul’s levers. Cables, and Jagwire housing. They show normal use including some scratches and wear which can be seen in the pictures. The most notable scratches are on the lever perches but the scratches have no effect on the functionality of the levers. There is some normal wear and paint rub on the calipers as well but both were functioning perfectly when removed. The pads are used but have LOTS of wear left. The brakes were working perfectly when I removed them from the bike.

Zero Gravity Titanium road brakes (2006 model) weight weenie
Zero Gravity Titanium road brakes. These are some of the lightest brakes available. And they are the 2006 model which is after they improved the braking power. Only reason I'm selling is because I bought some carbon AX Lightness brakes. Everything in the picture is included except for the scale: The pads are zero gravity cork pads for carbon rims. The shoes have a missmatched bolt(alloy) and one of the ti bolts has a stripped head. The ti shoe bolts are not the originals and are a bit too long and should be filed down a little. The brakes have been used for many miles but work just like they did when I got them new. The fixing nuts are the original rear and a random front one. Vintage 70'sDia-Compe drop forged 610 Center-Pull Centre-Pull Road Bike Brakes
For your consideration is a set of vintage 1970's Dia-Compe drop forged alloy center pull road bike brakes. They have been soaked and cleaned and are in good shape structurally with no damage and strong springs. They come with straddle cables and Dia-Compe stamped pull yokes. Pretty good condition Dia Compe brake pads which seem to have life left in them and aren't petrified. Velobase shows the reach as 47-61mm. All mounting hardware should be present and these should be able to be mounted and ready for use upon receipt. There is still some minor dirt and areas of corrosion but nothing that affects their performance. On the back they are stamped"NJS 5583 Japan 610 05 75" A nice addition to your vintage road bike.
