The unit is in great condition and works fine as is. There are protective vinyl strips sewn over the main seams and it has protected the main seams quite good over the years. There are a couple spots near the entrance area where the seams are stretching slightly. But otherwise. The seams look great. Where the bungee cord goes through the center area, there is some wear on the removable insert. It is attached via velcro and can be fixed or replaced when needed. There is some areas on the vinyl that are stained. These areas have been cleaned over the years but they don't seem to come off.
