I believe this is early 1900's. I have tested it, the motor and everything runs fine. It has it's original belt in great condition, marked Pilling, Phila. There are hoses missing and the existing are pretty brittle. The metal belt wheel and another cylinder are comprimised, the metal is breaking. Can be seen in the photos. I ran it with the belt on and it ran fine. The glass bottles are both fine, no breaks or cracks. The electric cord nedds a wall plug end. The base is 14" by 13" stands 8 5/8" tall. This is an Oreck XL9300C commercial vacuum. Excellent condition. Has spare vacuum belt. Strong and reliable 4 amp motor, very lightweight and agile as most Oreck's are known for. Can lay completely flat to go under most raised furniture. This is a commercial vacuum, so it is designed to rival big names like Sanitaire. I have had several Sanitaire's in the past, and I find them to be equal in reliability and strength, but this is much more maneuverable due to its light weight, in my opinion.
