I was able to get the one on the right to work with the servo that had a US Digital encoder. But not even Mr Gecko could get them to work with the Heds encoders. I sent them in for evaluation which cost me $45 with shipping to be told there was no problem found. So if you need 3 servo drives& you don't have Heds encoders these will do the trick. This Nema 17 Stepper Motor has a drive pulley attached. Which can not be removed. I am not sure about the grading of the pulley. Includes a stepper motor controller that has been pre-wired and confirmed to work. This was challenging to program, and I will gladly include my code to control the motor. THe code was written for a custom IO board and will not work without being modified, but it might give some pointers how to control it.

I'm selling the Z motor and driver from my CNC machine. The motor is a Wantai 85BYGH450D-007 4.4 Nm(~640oz-in) NEMA 34 2A stepper motor with a 1.8 degree step angle. It has a 14mm shaft with 2 flats. If you search for the model of the motor. The first link comes up with the datasheet for all the specs. The motor driver is a 4.2A microstepping driver with integrated heatsink. It has DIP switches for the current selection and microstepping parameters. It has removeable screw terminal connections for the motor and power/signal. The model of the driver is 2M542. Both work very well together. The included helical coupler has a 14mm bore on one side and a 12mm bore on the other. It has plenty of material if you needed to bore it to a larger diameter. Brushless motor driver board parts cnc mill lathe robot mosfet IRF 540 9540
This board controlled 4 axis of a data storage robot. All four were BLDC motors. The motors had encoders on them but there was not commutation info on the encoders. This worked as a sensorless drive. On the board are two DC to DC converters. One is 5 volt out and the other +/ 12 volts. The input was 42 volts. Some boards have all discrete power devices and some have three axis with the modules seen in the picture. These were all in working condition when removed so all parts are good. These boards were proprietary to their machine system and I have NO INFO on how to hook up or control them. The control chips are Xilinx programmables which I have no way of reverse engineering. A lot of great parts for the money.
