Input and output pins with close by ground or +5vdc connections. The common terminal to pins 2-9 can be ground or +5vdc. The board has a jumper that allows you to select if the common terminal to pins 2-9 will carry a ground or +5vdc. So if you are connecting encoders or proximity switches. You can select it to ground. If you are connecting Geckodrives or limit switches, you can set it to be +5vdc. External Enable Pin(EN) The board has a pin that allows you to enable/disable all the outputs at once. This is a set of some CNC parts. It doesn't seem to work properly despite my best efforts. The motors have very little torque. I believe there is a fault within the drivers, as the stepper motors run very hot regardless of the current setting. One of the stepper motors burnt up hence it not being included in the sale. The two steppers may have suffered damage from excess heat/ current- I can't be sure if they're 100% or not. One of the driver boxes is missing it's cover. The plastic around some of the connectors is damaged slightly. CD with instructions included. Sold as spares/ repairs! This is a nearly complete control set up for a good sized diy cnc router. Plasma, or to retrofit a mill. These were all removed from working equipment and guaranteed to perform. The Power-One power supply# is PFC500-1024F and it has an incredible output of 24V@ 21A! The 5 axis breakout board can be used for one axis, up to 5 axis control and you can slave motors if you want a 3 axis table with dual motors driving one axis, for example, then you would only use 3 outputs from the breakout board, 4 drivers, and 4 motors. 2 of the drivers are Anaheim Automation model M6R5 and the other 3 are more robust Centent CN0142. The motors are all matched for the best performance and easy configuration with your program. All motors are dual shaft, consisting of a 3/8" on the main side with 1/4" on the back. 1/4" shaft is perfect for a handwheel ... moreor decoder to create a closed loop system. 2 of the motors have extra flats ground on the 3/8" shaft that was done as a last minute clearance fix. They don't affect fitment of sprocket or pulley. Other motors are excellent and all work flawlessly. They are all 8-wire, 2 phase, 1.8 step, 2.8a, 4v, 20w, 326oz/in. The breakout board is the only low end part included here and it was purchased through ebay from a China seller. The specs can all be found online. Usually in pdf format, that include all technical info you may need. I will not be available for technical assistance on this so please do your research and know what your plans are. There is plenty of"how-to" info online regarding cnc machines. All you have to do is look. This also comes with a 25-pin parallel cable that connects your computer to the breakout board. There are usb breakout boards available for cheap if parallel isn't your thing. This is a good package for anyone thinking about building their own machine and should save you a lot of time and money.
