In the back of that book it lists all the links on where to buy the lead screw for the x axis along with the shims and bearings. Don't worry cause I'm including that also. That lead screw was a little over $100. I'll be throwing that in along with all bearings. Shims and lead screw nut. The only things you need that are shown in the pictures but aren't for sale are: The aluminum bracket that holds the motors(the prints in the book show how to easily make them) The index pulse card.
