All of the control harness wires have labels making power wires easy to distinguish. The motor is a brushless DC(between AC and Stepper) with 3 hall effect sensors to keep the windings in phase with the magnets. The driver drives the motor like a regular DC motor. No absolute position control by signaling. If the motor were connected to a more capable driver, or better signals were run to the drive transistors, the speed could be controlled precisely. There is no speed control with this driver, sending the RUN signal sends the motor ... moreto top speed. The motor was bench measured at 5000RPM, no load. Control signals are negative true(grounding sends the signal) There are 3 inputs; RUN(293) CW/CCW(295) BRAKE(294) and 1 output, ALARM(291) Those(numbers) are the wire labels on the control harness.
