This listing is for a very nice envelope/letter opener. It is made of cast brass with a double sided carved figure of a"tsolias" with a trumpet. Original Greek product. My father has bought this from an antique shop at"monastiraki" in Athens back in the 70's. It's really old but I don't know the exact age. This item is used but the overall condition is good with some oxidization because of the passing years. You can't see the whole word Greece that is carved on it. It has melt because of the use, but It's sure that the word Greece it is written on it because you can see the first three letters. Great gift idea for pen and writing tools collectors. We have for sale a three sided envelope opener made by Agissar. This unit is in like new condition and used very little. We purchased this in June 2010 for $15.200 with the prediction of a lot of new business coming in. This unit has sat idle for over 2 years so we decided to sell it and let someone else take advantage of a great deal. This unit has had 3,486 pieces of mail run through it. I would prefer to sell this in the Charlotte area so I do not have to mess with shipping it but we can always make arrangements if you are further away.
