I have a pair of Medium MUSTO MPX Offshore Bibs. Yellow with black reinforced seat, back of thighs and knees. These are high cut covering your chest as well, adjustable wide shoulder straps and dual waist adjustments to reduce un-needed volume. 2 large Velcro closure pockets. It has a GERBER Utility sheath with the tag still inside depicting their utility pliers and a Velcro strap for another sheath. The seams are sealed inside and out. It has micro-fiber material with holes so small hot vapor can escape but water cannot penetrate back in the Bibs. The ankles have wide Velcro closures to adjust the leg ends sealing the elements out. The closest item I found for comparison purposes are the MUSTO HPX Bibs@ over $600, I bought these a few years ago and they were used for a few hours total. I got this at a yard sale. I know more about brain surgery than tambourines. It appears to be adjustable because there are six screws around the outside. It looks like there were another four adjustment things. But they appear to be missing. It is all metal. There are nine sets of the things that make noise. There is some very slight rusting spots on it. The head seems to be a little loose, but maybe it just needs to be adjusted. Ask questions and I will do the best I can to answer. Primitive Antique Hand Made Weather Vane Folk Art Arrow and Direction Letters
Early Primitive Antique Weather Vane Originally found in Maine. This is a nice early hand made Weather Vane. On the top is a cut out arrow in a great folk art primitive shape. On the top of the arrow pole is a large brass finial. The finial has a small dent on the top and has some tarnish that I have not polished. The arrow pole fits inside another iron pipe that has the direction letters attached. The letters are large, about 4" by 4" and have a nice cut out look. I think the letters and arrow are made from a heavy tin and the poles are made of iron. On the bottom of the second pole there is a wider piece attached with a hole in the bottom. The hole which is where it would attach to a larger pole is about 3/8" across. As you can see in the pictures this is in two pieces with the arrow section fitting into the arrow section. ... moreWith both pieces together it measures 17.5" tall. The arrow is almost 17" long and the letters extend 9. 5" from the center pole. So it measures 17.75" across. Nice Early Antique Folk Art Weather Vane. Great Primitive Piece to use inside or out. This part of the grouping are all weather charts- all 19" x 12" All red and blue. This chart is dated"September 1979" so it's is over 30 YEARS OLD. This one is MSC-6. USCOMM-NOAA-DC-A5741. It basically lists all the weather stations. FM channels, buoys, transmitters, stations, etc. These are in good condition other than a very slight yellowing that is only slightly more pronounced at the edges and of course the center fold- which may have additional folds near the edges. The center fold is also a gradual one- ... moreso it may be possible to eliminate it with framing. There may be slight blemishes we missed. The back side of the map has a text listing of stations and their frequencies. Etc. Most interesting on this map is the daytime flag symbols on the front. Thick paper. This charming w eather vane is ready for display. It is made of copper and brass. The whale is hollow and has a nice shape and patina. the stand is weathered brass and the balls are also hollow copper. This makes for a very attractive piece. Antique Late 1800s German Weather Clock/Barometer Wood w/Composition Figurines
Here we have a late 1800's Antique German Weather Clock/Weather Barometer. She is old& in some rough shape. Considering that this one was brought over personally when the family immigrated here from Germany. This one is more a shelf piece than it is anything else I have not had it where I could watch"weather" or not the people are shifting in and out of the house. Everything is in German& English the markings and the instructions. On the deck the left side says Schon/Fine weather, in the middle it says Veranderlich/variable, and on the right Regen/Rainy. The original instructions were mounted to the back of the clock and considering their age they are in pretty good condition. This item is 6" tall, 6" wide, 4" deep. The deer is missing the antlers and the item is a little rough and reassured by some wire ... morewrapped around the item to make sure it does not get any more damage. Please ask questions if you have any! We do combine shipments as well as free local pick-ups. I do my best to describe my items. But I am not an expert in any field. Most of my items are vintage.
