Price is for one. In truth neither of these boards had the name Keithley or their logo printed on it anywhere. At least not that I could find. But. It matches the picture of one for sale on another website, so chances are it is in fact a Keithley product. I don’t know whether it is a current Keithley offering or not. So I can’t say if there is any support available. I quickly found the manual online in pdf format. The manual shows software being employed with it. But no software is included. I have one of the boards pictured. Not sure ... morewhat happened to the other nor where I got another one from. So I have both a PC6062, 14005 Rev. H and a Rev. F2.
