It stands 7 inches tall and is 5 inches in diameter. I can remember these in my doctor's office when I was a little girl- long time ago. Interestly, the senior Vollrath had some sons, one of which(Carl) went on to develop and patent speckled enamel ware! This is a great example of substantial American steel work from back in the day and should still be used for all sorts of purposes. Has a few water calcification marks& 1 tiny dent on the bottom. Sits perfectly; looks good. Have been on eBay for 14 years selling interesting jewelry. Beads, small collectibles, all antique, vintage or gently pre-owned, unless the description says it's new.
