This is a Large. Heavy Vintage Steel EKCO E80 Commercial Six Cake Pan. The person who sold us the pan told us she believed it was used for military baking circa WWII era. However we have no independent verification of that information so we are only claiming specifically that it is a commercial piece which is obvious from the large size and the nearly six pound weight. The overall maximum dimensions of the frame are about 19 1/4" long x 12 3/4" wide x 1 3/4" deep. Each of the individual cake pans within the frame are about 6 1/4" in diameter. The pan weighs 5 pounds and 12 ounces. The end panels are die stamped with EKCO E 80 ENGINEERED"D" WELDED. This wonderful industrial piece would be great just for display.
