Hytrol Model 20 CR Roller Chain Conveyor System. There are 7 pcs: 0ne-10ft section w/drive. One-10ft intermediate, 0ne-7ft int, two-90 degree turns, two-spurs, one right one left. All conveyor has 2-1/8"dia rolls(Hi-Style) on 4"ctrs. Overall width is 20" distance between guard and frame is 15-1/2" The drives are 1hp 3/60/208-230/460-480 and conveyor speed is 65 fpm. The stands were set for a heigth of 38-1/2" there is still some adj. left. This conveyor looks like it might have installed, then removed, it appears unused. We received it in the original crates, but the units were allowed to get wet and we did clean the rolls. The areas under the chain guards was not cleaned but this is still real nice conveyor. Looks better than the pictures. There is some#50 bow roller chain but we do not have a count on it yet. This ... moreis not a roller to roller chain conveyor. Hytrol conveyor shield yellow safety
I have a safety shield that I removed from a Hytrol conveyor system. I do not need this part and if someone can use it I hope it saves you time and money! You will get what is in the photos. There are no dents or missing pieces. Look at the first photo and note that there are two missing areas of paint in the upper left corner. And one in the upper right corner. All of these scrapes are smaller than a postage stamp, with no rust present. The rest of the finish looks to be in very good condition and I think it is powder coat, but am not sure. The second photo has dirt on the surface, NO missing paint. This was on the inside, and I forgot to clean it up before taking photos. If you need one of these to keep OSHA happy, here is the time to save some money! The overall dimensions are 24" x 18" Sorry, but I did not measure the bottom ... moreof the triangle(side) parts, but would estimate them to be abort 4" along the bottom. I accept paypal and other forms of payment. just ask. I will hold for pickup(if paid at end of auction) if you are ever coming this way. Place your box or product on the conveyor, push a button& deliver it up or down the conveyor. This is a very nice system that saves a lot of time and backache. This has a landing on top side and on bottom side. It is a hytrol conveyor system.
