Used industrial conveyor in good condition. It needs a good cleaning after sitting in the warehouse for years. But everything appears to be in good, working condition. This conveyor was used in a food-grade manufacturing plant and was working when removed from service(change in fill lines) It is all stainless steel with a flat belt. It has stainless steel sides and is open on the top and bottom. It is constructed in three sections; 11' 4" 10' and 10' They are all bolted together and there is one continuous flat belt. There is no motor or gear box, just half of a flexible spider shaft coupling. The conveyor is 17" wide with a usable belt width of 8" It is 9" high. RAPISTAN- Model AP378-1162L- 30" x 108" Belt Conveyor- I have up for auction a nice clean Rapistan 115 volt single phase belt conveyor with a custom built adjustable leg system. This conveyor was set up for adjustable incline use on rubber tires for towing at low speeds(under 25 mph) around my property for loading my firewood into pallet storage boxes. It has almost new tires on it that I put on one year ago. And it is always stored inside when not in use. I only used this conveyor once a year for about 8 to 10 days when processing my annual firewood supply. It has a standard 2" square receiver type hitch on it so a variety of inserts can be used to tow it with. I built and installed a custom"flip up" style aluminum chute at the discharge end to aid in loading containers and it can be flipped up to get it out of the ... moreway when setting pallet boxes in place. The belt does have some minor nicks in it from chunks of wood being tossed onto it, but nothing structural or that would cause the belt to fail in any way. These low profile tracks sit right inside the crossbeams of your existing pallet racking. They measure 38" long(not including the end brackets) and have overall width of 10.5" They feature 3/4" aluminum. Diamond embossed damage resistant rollers. The side channels are 2-1/2" tall galvanized steel and have adjustable end brackets. Each section weighs about 11 lbs. We have a total of(30) of these available.
