The amber standby LED goes off and the the green ON LED turns on. I can hear the fan run and also can hear a hard drive start to spin up. Also hear what sounds like the speaker powering on. No beeps or tones occur. The screen never shows anything and pressing the buttons results in no change in machine state. Connecting an external monitor to the VGA port at power on results in nothing displayed on the external monitor. The PRESET button at the upper front left is damaged, also the DISPLAY button feels really stiff when pressed so it has an ... moreissue as well. Do not know anything about what could be installed on the hard drive or if the hard drive works. I temporarily removed the top cover to get some pictures of the inside. Could be something missing on the inside of the FSEB. But I do not know what to look for to verify correct contents. Has scuffs. Scrapes, and sticker residue. May ship via Fedex.
