I wrote LabView VIs to interface this impedance measurement system to a computer via the 8751A's HPIB. Which allows you to measure Z, phase, L, C, Q, and series R over the range of about 20 kHz to 20MHz. High-quality graphs are created which can be copied to your word processor( for an example) The measurement software includes open/short/load compensation and is within component spec when tested with a variety of 1% resistors and capacitors. All required VIs are included. But not LabView itself. VIs are as-is and not supported. Ships in two large packages. 72 lbs and 29 lbs. Agilent 8753ES S- Parameter Network Analyzer Calibrated Test Equipment 3 Ghz
Recently Calibrated Agilent 8753ES S- Parameter Network Analyzer. 30 Khz- 3 Ghz. Calibration certificate included. Calibration expires 1-5-2016. Unit is fully functional however shortly after calibration, when powered on, the screen image was inverted. The instrument was in a cold location(around 50 degrees F) when this occcured. I moved it to another room(between 65-70 degrees F) let it stabilize while powered off, and the instrument is now functioning properly. I am not sure what may have caused this but the device is fully functional now and was functioning properly during the calibration process. Shipping and insurance is a fixed $80 anywhere in the USA.
