If your business prepares a lot of lettuce.this one's for you! This is a used machine. But it works smoothly and is ready to go to work right out of the box. There are instructions right on the unit telling how to make either diced cuts or sliced cuts with what is provided. Please scroll down through 17 pictures; text between some pictures. This unit is very sturdily made; see the aluminum uprights which help support the work load when the lever is moved downward to cut a lettuce. See all measurements in text a few pictures down from here. The cutting area is about 12" square. Two blades are supported in the frame; their placement determines whether a dice or slice will take place. I did not take this apart to see how the blade changing works. But it shouldn't be too difficult to do. In the pic above I have moved the lever about half way down through the cutting cycle. Pictures above and below show instructions for changing cutting positions. As with any kitchen appliance cleaning will have to take place between uses. Instructions are shown above. Dimensions(WxDxH) 18"x17"x27" This chopper is used in great condition. With the exception of the blades it is ready to go. The blades units are usable, but a few of the lower blades are strained and the frames have seen better days. I'm including them but don't recommend using them, plan on getting them replaced. It has all parts including stuff that's usually missing like the rubber feet and leg braces. We replaced the brace caps with new OEM parts. We also got new pins(not OEM) please see pics. As long as we were ordering the parts from Prince Castle we bought the cleaning brush too, so a brand new OEM Kutlett cleaning brush is included! This will ship fully assembled.
