Hobart Buffalo Chopper Model 84186 18" Bowl. Clean And Works!!!
This is a Phase 1 and 1 HP Hobart Buffalo Chopper Unit. This is the model 84186 that has a port to use additional attatchements. I do not have any of the attatchments and I also don't have the meat comb in which the double blade passes through. I've turned the unit on and it runs just like it should. The blade spins very fast and the 18" Bowl spins as well. I hear a loud squealing sound while the unit runs. I'm not sure if its supposed to sound like this or if it has a bearing that is needing serviced. I found this in a storage unit that I won at auction. I'm assuming this was a resturant owners in Kansas City according to the various items I found in the unit. Please don't hesitate to ask plenty of questions before bidding.
