I told him I had it and he said he doesn't want it. So. It has been sitting in my dining room. I have never had it inspected. I was told it came out of a Subway and worked at time of purchase. I am not an expert, but I think I turned it on/off and it never started. It needs to be cleaned up a bit. The cover that goes over the blade has the back part broken.
