Used commercial hard cheese grater. Info tag is worn off so I don't know if it is a Fleetwood GM but it probably is. Electric 115 volts. This is a very heavy machine-it weighs 49 pounds and is 18-5/8" tall. I tested it and it is in good working condition. Motor sounds good. The latches on front aren't functioning/present and back plate has it's mounting screws sheared off in the aluminum housing. I just asked my mechanic friend to drill and tap them out and put in new SS screws. Hopefully he'll do it and I'll update the posting. If not, it's not end of world, use some duck tape or do it yourself. Just a cover(see movie) Also needs some cleaning. See movie of the machine turning on/off and other description. It was being used up to a few days ago in a pizza place. No longer in business. I got the machine and am selling cheap(it is commercial grade and high volume.
