You are bidding on this very slick cutting Jo Jo or potato wedge cutter. That has very little use. There is an extra blade or cutting set that I am selling along with it. The set does fit and go with these cutters. I did try it, and the blade in it is still in very good condition, and it cuts very slick and fast. It does make 6 wedges from a potato. There is a sharp post in the middle of the knife that you stick the potato on, to keep you from having to hold it in there. NSF Grade. Thanks for looking.
