This is a commercial kitchen processing unit for lettuce. Cabbage, or salads. It is a cutter, chopper, slicer, or dicer unit. It makes one inch square cuts with each activation. The unit is a Silver King KutLett Model SKK2, serial number 301317, manufactured by Stevens Lee Co. 1600 Xenium Lane North, Minneapolis Industrial Park, MN 55441. The unit is in good condition and it operates easily. It could use an oiling as the handle does not return to the upright position by itself. It can easily be used in a commercial kitchen on a repeated basis even without an oiling. The label indicates that a special lubricant needs to be used. So I did not try to oil it. My guess is that any FDA approved lublicant could be used. The unit is about 18" wide by about 17" deep by about 27" tall in the unactuated state.
