This is a great 8" wheel caster marked"Albion. Perhaps it could replace one you need or it could be used as a piece of decor. It measures about 10.25" tall from plate to wheel bottom. The mounting plate is 6.25" x 4.5" with mounting holes in the corners about 3" and 5.25" apart on center. The caster is rusty. But the wheel does turn with some effort. Vintage Set 4 Heavy Duty Industrial Bassick 6" Cast Iron Casters Swivel Plate
Here is a great set of industrial. Very heavy duty application, cast iron casters. The wheels themselves are cast iron, 6" in diameter, and 2" wide. They are each mounted on a swivel plate, the plate measures 5 1/2" x 5" Each caster stands about 7 1/2" in height. I can see Bassick 6 on each caster, and it also looks like the number 8261 is imprinted on the wheels. These casters are definitely for a heavy duty application. Each caster weighs 11 lbs. As can be seen in the pictures, there are scratches in the gold finish on each caster, all in the same places, but this, in no ways, impacts the function of these casters. There is also a bit of rust in some areas, but once again there is no impact on performance. All of the casters move freely on the attached swivel plates. Vintage Lot of 4 Bassick 3 inch heavy duty swivel casters
Here we have a set of four swivel three inch bassick hard rubber caster wheels. They do show surface rust which does not affect function. The mounting plate on one of the wheels is bent in one corner. Just needs a bit more elbow grease to straighten than I have(right on a mounting hole, plate is flt except the edge of the corner) These are very heavy duty and heavy(2 1/2 lbs apiece! not sure what the load rating is, if I had to guess, probably in the 4-500lb range.
