Up for sale is this set of three vintage heavy duty cast iron industrial swiveling double wheel casters made by Albion Industries. These casters have some age and wear but overall are in good condition. Very solid. Each caster measures 6 1/2" from bolt to bolt and 5 1/2" tall- the wheels have a 4" diameter and are 1 7/8" wide. The mounting plate measures 6 1/4" by 4 1/2" This set was purchased at auction from the closing of the Historic Hershey Chocolate Factory Plant in Hershey, PA. These are used casters in very good condition. They stand 6 3/8" floor to top of the 4 1/8" x 4 1/2" plate. There are grease fittings on the swivel and on the axle. The urethane or rubber(green color) wheel surfaces are all evenly worn with no cracks. Chips etc. The LARGE EASY TO USE brake pedals work freely, and the brake appears to snug against the wheel, but does not hold very tightly. They were built by Albion Industries in Albion Michigan!
