Each triangular cast iron unit appears to be in perfect condition without any chips, cracks, or missing parts to the metal. Each unit stands approximately 2 to 2-1/2" high x about 6-7" across. This is a nice set of 4 antique heavy duty cast iron caster wheels. They are in good condition. They swivel and roll smooth. The wheel itself is approx. 3 inches by 1 1/4 inches. They measure approx. 4 1/4 inches tall. The mounting piece measures approx. 4 1/4 inches by 3 1/4 inches. It is marked on mounting plate 1050 3 A 3. Each caster wheel weighs approx. 3 3/4 pounds. They are marked Bond 1018 on the wheel. The swivel part has ball bearings. The wheel has a hole in it for oiling. We have cleaned most of the grease and grime from these. But they still need some rust cleaned off. This is a very nice heavy duty set of wheel casters. Guaranteed to be old and original. Satisfaction guaranteed. Shipping is $1 1.30. Vintage Set 4 Heavy Duty Industrial Bassick 6" Cast Iron Casters Swivel Plate
Here is a great set of industrial. Very heavy duty application, cast iron casters. The wheels themselves are cast iron, 6" in diameter, and 2" wide. They are each mounted on a swivel plate, the plate measures 5 1/2" x 5" Each caster stands about 7 1/2" in height. I can see Bassick 6 on each caster, and it also looks like the number 8261 is imprinted on the wheels. These casters are definitely for a heavy duty application. Each caster weighs 11 lbs. As can be seen in the pictures, there are scratches in the gold finish on each caster, all in the same places, but this, in no ways, impacts the function of these casters. There is also a bit of rust in some areas, but once again there is no impact on performance. All of the casters move freely on the attached swivel plates. Up for auction are this set of 4 cast iron swivel machine age cart wheels. 3 are marked CURRIE 1 is unmarked on the bottom. But is the same size height and width which is 1 1/2' They all came from the same estate.There is some rust and pitting.They could use a cleaning there is some grease and oil.The unmarked does not have bearings I don't know if it did originally or not, but it seems to be in good working order. This is a nice old set of caster wheels. They are made of cast iron. They all match. They are marked with numbers. But will need to be cleaned with degreaser before you can read the numbers. They have grease and grime, but will clean ok. There are no cracks. Each caster weighs approx. 4 pounds. They all swivel and roll smooth. The base has ball bearings and the wheel has a hole made for oiling. They measure approx. 4 1/4 inches tall. The wheel measures approx. 1 1/4 inch wide and approx. 3 inches across. For your consideration we have 4 vintage Colson 4" wheel casters. Model# 5-4-138. 2 swivel and the other two have been soldered to remain stationary. They all have grease fittings. But one is missing the actual fitting. The base they're attached to measures 4" x 4 1/2" They are about 5 1/2" high and the wheels are 4" by 2" These are very heavy duty with a combined weight of about 28 lbs. 4 Large Vintage 6" Cast Iron/Forged Steel Industrial Swivel Caster Wheels Bond
Wheels are 6" x 2" and the whole unit stands 8 1/2" tall. Bases are 7 3/16" x 5 1/2" with the bolt holes being 5 1/2" x 4" center of hole to center of hole with the holes being 9/16" diameter. Mounting plate is 1/2" thick. There is a grease fitting to grease the bearings in the swivel mechanism and another grease fitting to grease the wheel itself. They all roll and swivel nicely and could use cleaned up some. I usually hit these with a pressure washer then grease them up again but it is way too cold outside now to even think about that. They are sound and solid with no wobble and no chips or cracks and will handle a heavy load. Signed BOND Manheim Pa. They weigh around 21 1/2 lbs each-some slightly more-some slightly less. Set 4 Vintage Alpine 5" Cast Iron Industrial Casters Wheels for use, steampunk
This auction is for a set of 4 vintage cast iron caster wheels. Wheels are approx. 5 1/4" diameter. 1" wide. Base plate is approx. 9" by 2 1/4" approx. 3/8" thick. These are rigid, do not swivel, and are marked Alpine. All are in good usable condition and turn freely. One has a corner broken as shown in picture 8, but is still usable. Each caster weighs approx. 10 lbs. They will be shipped in a large flat rate box. Please see pictures as they are part of the description. I have other items listed at this time. 4 Antique Vintage Matching Cast Iron Industrial Caster Cart Wheels Pioneer Nice!
This is a nice old set of cast iron caster wheels. They are all solid cast iron including mounting plate. They all match. They are marked Pioneer Elkhart. Ind. H 190 937. There are no cracks or chips. These have not been cleaned, but can be easily cleaned by soaking them in a degreaser for a couple of days, but will leave that to the collector's discretion. They are all heavy made. Each caster weighs 3 3/4 pounds. They all swivel and roll smooth. The base has ball bearings. They measure approx. 4 1/4 inches tall. The wheel measures approx. 1 3/8 inch wide and approx. 3 inches across. The mounting plate measures approx. 5 inches by 3 1/4 inches. This is a very nice heavy duty set. Guaranteed to be old and original. Satisfaction guaranteed. We would like payment within 2 days please. Shipping is $12.00. We cannot combine shipping on these ... moreheavy items.
