Phillipson Smuggler Bamboo Fly Rod 7' 8" 4 Piece Travel Very Rare
Up for grabs is one very scarce Phillipson Smuggler. As you might know the Phillipson Rod Company produced a few obscure fly rods. The Smuggler was produced only one year(1952) It is a 4 piece 7' 8" travel rod only sold with one tip section. This beauty is all original(correct ferrules. Guides, tip top, reel seat, wrappings, and finish) It shows wear as would be expected on a rod 60 years of age. Most notably are areas where the finish has come off of the bamboo and thread(in particular the 3rd section) wear to the cork grip, and minor wear to the reel seat. The wrappings around guides and ferrules are tight and fully intact. No hook diggers or delamination in the bamboo. The 3rd section shows a very slight warp that could be easily repaired in the right hands. Ideal piece as is, or for minor restoration. Comes with original sock ... moreno tube. The set is from our family’s estate and is thought to be circa 1950’s Condition: Necklace is overall in excellent shape. There are 3 very small nicks in the larger crystal facets. Bracelet is in excellent shape with no damage I can find. The ear rings have slight wear on the clips. All pieces have wonderful clarity and color. Description: Crystals in the necklace and bracelet seem to be a matching set and are what I believe are rock crystal. I am not a gemologist so I can not guarantee this. Necklace is 16 ½ inches long and the total weight is 32 grams. The faceted crystal beads start in size from 13.75 mm. down to 5.75 mm. It is a group of hand-painted figures forming a jazz ensemble. Consisting of a timpanist, a trumpet player, an accordionist, and a guitarist. All musicians wear white suits with black ties and shoes. Here is an antique 3/4 size violin with a label that reads Nicolaus Amatus Fecit in Cremona 1672 with the 72 written in hand. Instrument is very well made with nice quality wood and very well carved. Back measures 13 1/8" and bouts are 7 3/8" and 6" Back is one piece and looks to have been antiqued. Top has a crack under the treble side f hole and a small hole at bottom side. Both are covered with tape. Comes in a beat up old leather case that will be fine for shipping. Nice quality old instrument, fresh out of an estate.

VINTAGE/ANTIQUE 4 PIECE DREXEL BEDROOM SET
Up for auction is a vintage/antique Drexel 4 piece bedroom set. This is nice sturdy furniture from the days when things were made to last. I believe my parents bought it in 1958 or 1959. I don’t know much about furniture but I’ll describe them as best I can. The dresser measures approx. 52” wide by 21” deep by 36” high. Has six deep drawers, and matching mirror. The top drawer on both sides has a sliding jewelry tray. Next is the chest of drawers. It stands approx.48” high by 20”deep by 36” wide. There are five drawers. Each a little deeper than the other from top to bottom, ranging from 4” to 18” The top drawer also has a sliding jewelry tray. Third is the night stand. Its dimensions are 28” high by 16” deep by 20” wide. It has one drawer and shelf space underneath. Last but not least is the regular size bed frame. I have the head and foot ... moreboards and the 2 side boards; however I don’t know what became of the slats that hold the mattress and box spring up. This set is used. It has some scratches and chips here and there. There is a reddish stain on the dressers top. Possibly from a perfume spill. Also, when I took the mirror off, I found a brown stain, for lack of a better description, that was hidden underneath that seems to have eaten part of the laminate. 4 Piece Burl Walnut Victorian Bedroom Set , dated 1892
This is the best Victorian Bedroom Set we have owned. We found a label on back of the mirror dated 1892. On the back of the dresser is a label showing the manufacturer. It reads: Carrollton Furniture Mfg. Co, Carrollton, KY. It has been carefully restored and refinished back to pristine condition. The mirrors were quite streaked and hazy so we installed new beveled ones. The brass handles are original, they are very unusual! The set consists of a Wardrobe, Dresser, Full Size Bed, and Washstand. The Wardrobe measures 8 ft. 6" tall, 56" wide by 21" deep. It has original interior, including Hooks, the panels backing the mirror are made of Bird's Eye Maple. We have installed new locks with keys. There two drawers at the bottom, it comes apart for easy moving. The Dresser measures 7 ft. 9" tall, 58" wide by 24" ... moredeep, it has the original Tennessee Red Marble in great condition. Note that there is not a handle on the center drawer, it has a key to unlock it.the other drawers do not have working locks. It has original rollers. The washstand measures 6 ft. 11" tall by 42" wide, 20" deep. it also has the original marble in great condition. no working locks on this piece. it is also on rollers. Primitive Antique Child's Dresser Great little Mirrored Dresser. Originally purchased at the Brimfield Antique Show in MA. This is a great little chippy piece. Do not know the history, my guess it was a hand made piece by someone with very good wood working skill. There is a nice carved pediment across the top over an early mirror. Turned columns on the sides of the mirror and nice decorative trim around the mirror. There are two shallow wide drawers and two square deeper drawers on the bottom. As you can see in the pictures one of the drawer bottoms was made from a wood crate and one of the sides also shows the imprint of a wood crate under the paint(see last picture) There are old metal wheels on the bottom. In good solid antique condition. The paint is worn and chipped, there is wear to the mirror with some silver loss, on the side ... morewhere the imprint of the crate can be seen there is a break to the trim wood on the back corner. On the old wood backing it looks like there is an old water mark. It has seen years of use. Still a great primitive chippy piece that could be left as is, or repainted for a bright clean finish. The top piece with the columns and the mirror is held on with screws and can be removed to cut down on shipping cost. Dresser measures 31" tall. 19" wide and about 12" deep. 4 piece vintage Slngerland 1960's drum set in good and very playable condition. Remarkably pretty 50 year old drum kit. Color is red sparkle. Sizes: Base drum = 20" x 14" Mounted Tom = 13" x 9" floor Tom = 16" x 16" Snare = 14" x 5" Bass drum and Snare are black and gold badges from approx. 1960-65. Small tom has no bade or air vent(which is typical of up to early 1960s) Slingerland floor tom has silver and gold badge(mid 1960s) Chrome is very shiny and nice with little pitting. Wrap is tight. With some sratches but in overall good condition. Floor tom shows most dings and scratches. Hoops on bass Drum are recent replacements and are chrome. All sheels have re-enforcement rings. The small tom has some flue separation on the battr side re-enforcement ring. Toms and snare have internal mufflers. Tom ... moremounting hardware on base drum is consolette type. S-K 15 piece 3/4 drive socket set with short Extension and JH Williams Ratchet
Up for purchase is a Good Used S-K Made in the USA 3/4 Inch Drive 12 point socket set with a short extension. The ratchet is a JH Williams also made in the USA. Sockets range from 1&1/16 to 2 inches. They have a little surface rust the pictures actually make it look a lot worse than it is. A little steel wool and some elbow grease and you will be in good condition.
