Grip end appears excellent. Bamboo appears to be in excellent condition. The decals are partially rubbed off. Those are the only defects on the rod that I know of. I am not an expert. Up for auction is this vintage 18 1/4" long brass one-piece firefighter nozzle that belonged to the Lynn. Mass. Fire Department. The brass nozzle has a 3" opening to attach to a fire hose and a 1 1/8" opening at the top. The nozzle has many dings from years of use but still is as usable as when it was new. Weighs just over 3 lbs. before packaging. A nice find for the collector of vintage firefighter merchandise or for the buyer who wants to either use the nozzle or give it as a gift to the firefighter in the family.

This is a NICE vintage Winchester or Henry cleaning rod for early lever action rifles. These were stored in the trapdoor of a butt stock on 1866 and 1873-1876 rifles. It is correct for all I believe. It has a brass end for the handle which has some tarnish. The rod has a medium blue/black patina finish. It has an overall length of about 27-5/8" when fully assembled. All threads screw. And unscrew nicely. It is all also very snug and straight when fully assembled. They sell for around $400 online. It will be packaged very well for shipment. Old 4/4 Schweitzer Violin. German. Mint. Setup by luthier. Great one piece back
This auction is for one old full-size violin. It was made in Germany as printed on the label. A copy of the famous maker Schweitzer by the G. A. Pfretzschner firm around 1900. The back length measures 359mm. The fingerboard is ebony and the pegs as well. I would guess it to be about 110 years old. This violin has no damage or cracks anywhere. It has a new set up by a trained luthier with bridge, tailpiece, ebony chinrest, and Dominant strings. This instrument has a lot of volume and very clear tone. It would be an excellent instrument for an advanced player. There are a few dings and minor scratches on the top but more or less the instrument is in mint shape. Three shirts and one pair of pants. All pieces from the same source. Starting from the left in the main listing photo. The first shirt is a U.S. Army short-sleeved khaki shade-1 service shirt, Man's Cotton U.T. 8.2 Oz. Size is medium. Twin flapped patch pockets and epaulets on the shoulders. Lightly worn and in very good condition. Wrinkled from being in a duffel bag all these years. Odor neutral. No holes. Rips or stains, and not faded. You can see where the rank patches were sewn on if you look closely. DSA-100-1312. OG-107 color is still pretty strong, clean and odor neutral. One sizable hole(1" x 1 1/2" near the belt line on the right side; otherwise no damage. Shoulder to shoulder is 18 1/2" and armpit to armpit is 23 1/2" Shoulder to cuff is 25 1/2" On the right we have another U.S. Army long-sleeved fatigue shirt. But this one has no strips, rank or insignia anymore. More worn and faded than the previous one but still not too bad. Tag says DSA 100-608. Good field repair left shoulder. This violin also has a one piece carved back, fully lined and blocked. Very nice tight tiger maple, original finish. Still has Dominant strings one it.
