This tool had the plastic valve inside but i purchased the metal internal valve to use at higher pressures. This tool works great. I just have too many upholstery tools and do not need all of them. Normal wear and i had to replace the cuff on the head with all i had so there is electrical tape on it where there was a hole for a hose. Does not affect the tool.

For auction a very nice used condition vintage hammer. It is small. It weighs a total of 4 ounces including the handle. It is a total of 11 3/4' long. The hammer head measures 2 1/2' long. There is a sticker on the handle. It is marked 15mm. The other sticker shows some japanese writing. The face of the hammer is 5/8' diameter. The claw appears to be slightly angled. it not bend. Vintage Pat.Pend Upholstery Tool Webbing Stretcher G.W. Mount Goose Neck Spikes
Vintage Upholstery Tool This is a vintage tool which is used to stretch carpet or to upholster furniture. It has a wooden block( 4" x 2" and 1.25" thick) attached by a metal goose-neck piece to a wooden handle. Embedded in the wooden block are 6 sharp spikes which grasp the carpet or upholstery for tightening. There was a hard rubber piece stapled to the other end of the wood block. But most of this is missing. If desired, it should not be hard to replace this. The tool is 9 inches in total length. Stamped into the red wooden block are the words: GW Mount- Pat. Pend. The tool was later patented under the number 2732175. Later examples of this tool will have that patent number on them. Thanks for looking!
