The auto functions do not work. As a result this is a full manual turntable. I had the bottom cover off. but it's to complicated for me. I'm sure it's not to difficult a fix for someone. I've used it as a manual. That means the you have to place the arm on the record and when the record is done you have to lift the arm off the record. The cuing is tied to the auto function. The speeds change and the green quartz lock light comes on. The unit comes with an Audio-Technica cartridge that I've ordered a new generic stylus for. The table is in great cosmetic shape. The dust cover and hinges work as they should. The mat is in excellent shape. If you don't mind manual operation this would be a great quality turntable to give you many years of use. This auction is for my Optrel OSEvolution welding helmet. It is in good used condition cosmetically. But unfortunately it is not currently working. It had been working perfectly until the day it rolled off of my tailgate and onto a concrete floor, after which it would no longer auto-darken. All of the switches operate normally, and the lens is perfect, but it will not darken. I had a deadline on the job the day my Optrel quit working so I was forced to purchase a new helmet. I always thought I'd have this one repaired because it's a better helmet than my new one, but I simply don't weld often enough to justify spending more money on having this helmet repaired. Also included in this auction is a brand new outer lens(curved to fit helmet) The head band adjustment knob came loose and has tape over it to keep it in place(see photo) ... moreit still adjusts, just needs the tape to keep knob from popping off. If you have one of these helmets then you already know how good they are. This helmet would make an excellent spare parts helmet. Or send it out for repair and put it back into service. This is a CUSTOM-MADE ADJUSTABLE HUB AXLE SOCKET. It started off as a BWP M 1941 4-13/16" 8-point 3/4" drive socket. I was on a job in Latin America and didn't have time to wait for the right size socket to be air-freighted in from Miami so I took this socket. Drilled it a tapped it for 8 adjusting bolts. The bolts are grade 5, 3/8-24 fine thread. It is great for field work or in a emergency where you have room outside of the hub/axle nut. Like wheels, propellers, ship thru-hulls, some couplings, etc. If you take the(8) screws out it works as designed for 4 13/16" If you need a smaller size just thread the screws in as needed for 6 point or 8 point nuts. In theory depending on the screw length you can go pretty small. For now it can do from 3 1/4" to 4 13/16" if you have room for the outside diameter of the socket. ... moreIt was a simple idea that works great. I can't guarantee how much torque you could tighten this with, but I would say a a couple hundred foot pounds. I never tested the maximum torque of it set up like this.
