This soap dispenser looks pretty good. But it wasn't pumping the soapy water solution I tested it with. The push plunger moves in& out with a slight drag on it. The chrome plating has a few light scratches that can sort of be seen in photo 8. The plastic bowl looks fine, however the little plastic pickup tube inside is split at both ends(photo 9) but still stays in place on the top nozzle. The 2x4 was used to display it and isn't included, but the slide mount and 3 screws do come with it. It's being sold as is, currently not working.

I also can walk you through an installation(through phone or email) as part of the sale. It is not too difficult. The large part gets affixed to the wall using the lag bolts. The two smaller parts are affixed one to each side of the TV using one variety(several varieties included) of machine screws. The only point of confusion is to identify which side is right side up, but this can be determined from the picture on the front of the box.
