I realize it's not a microcontroller, but I thought if you were interested in microcontrollers, there was a good chance you'd want this. I couldn't find a datasheet for the chips I have. Which are"MB81C67" but the"MB8167" datasheet is easy enough to find. I'm not sure what the difference there actually is. I found datasheets for both the MB81C81 and the MB8181 and they both are TTL compatible and should be powered with 4.5 to 5.5 volts, so is there even a difference? I don't know. But if there is, it must be pretty inconsequential, I think. I know the difference when it comes to EPROMS; the 27C128 for instance has a different programming voltage than the 27128. ... moreBut that difference certainly doesn't apply to RAM, so what ever could it mean?
