The magneto has an inertia/impulse. snap' starting coupling installed and included though it really does not need one as the mag spins very easily and has a great spark just turning lightly. The strange thing is the cap/cover. With the small square on top. I carefully removed the four cover screws to take a peek at what was under there. I was suprised to find no points or condensor. There are three wires connecting the coil to what appears to be an electronic module in the cover. I've never seen a magneto like this. Please study the pictures.
