We got a bunch of similar telephone testing equipment in, but this one has some broken plastic and dented case. I don't know how to operate this or what it is suppose to do. Plugged unit in and turned power switch to ON. The display screens showed different things when I pushed different buttons. I don't know if this is what the machine is suppose to do, but seemed to be working somewhat. There is a place on the plastic surrounding the back that is broken. Also looks to be missing the carrying handle. There is a large dent in the top of the case and a smaller dent on one side. See the many pictures I took of this unit.
