Sunrise Telecom Sunset ISDN SS400 Communications Tester
Item is used and is sold as-is with no warranty. Has been tested for power on but doesn't power up. Not sure what the problem is but it does charge and when I try to power it on. The screen flickers once like it will turn on then just stays blank and the green charge light does stay on.
