This is a one of a kind office trailer converted to a ticket/concession trailer. It was bought in the Summer of 2012 and was completely redone inside and out. I used it for the 2012 season of a Haunted House. Up for sale is a 2007 Concession Trailer. I used it for BBQ but you could use for just about anything. This trailer has a railroad theme and currently has a valid license with the health department. Vintage 1973 travel trailer All aluminum exterior so it can be polished up and look just like an Airstream. Avion LaGrand Coach 31' in length We have gutted the interior as far as taking out all old appliances. Cabinetry, woodwork. We did not remove anything from the bathroom in case new owner would like to keep it. We hooked up power converter and it still works. The interior lights turn on but no outlets that are there work. Will need to have plumbing done as well. We did not remove any pipes that were there. Does not have awning and needs to have new bracket if you wish to use an awning. Needs floor redone. Has window a/c but does not work. Has one small propane tank on back that is on the original propane tank bracket. Needs new tires.
