This is a 1969 custom rebuilt Shasta travel trailer with wings.in good shape. Very unique interior with a lot room to move around in and plenty of storage. It has five outlets to plug into as well as being wired for cable and phone. The stove is original and works. The fridge works but could use to be replaced. It has a one year old A/C that has only been used a few times. The A/C unit rolls out the side on a drawer out of the old heater vent. So no windows are blocked. The rear set of windows on the driver's side have three pieces of glass missing, but can easily be replaced. This Concessions trailer was originally custom built and designed in 2005. For our mobile Soft Serve Ice Cream operation. We have done very well with this trailer and it has performed great. We did upgrade from the original"drop" axle to a heavier straight axle, because of the weight of equipment we had inside. The counter is re-enforced to hold a 500 pound soft serve machine. It was stored during winter. Other items included(but not pictured) are a new water heater, brand new still in the box(old one is not working) several"white" food grade water hoses and 1- 100 foot heavy duty 240 Volt 6/4 wire extension cord for electric hook up. This trailer is wired for 240 Volt/ 50-60 Amp service and also has a 120 Volt/ 30 Amp outlet for a cotton candy machine and other 120 Volt standard outlets for other accessories. It also ... morehas leveling jacks built in the back. It hooks onto a standard 2" ball and has a 7 pin elec hook up for connection to vehicle. We have for sale a 8.5' x 18' Concession trailer. This trailer was custom built to our specifications. It is a very high quality trailer with the latest quality appliances and equipment. 1st we designed a new way to haul propane. The horizontal tank is the same as used on large class A motorhomes. It is a 50 gallon tank which can be filled by the propane truck at farm prices. No more taking the bottles off and weighing them. The generator is a 7500 watt Generac which runs on propane. I lowered the price so I can do a quick sale on this I need to get a car very soon so $5.000 you take her home it comes with a lot of stuff ready to make money. first off it is fully self sufficient meaning it has 2 generators that come with it, solar panels 6 of them to be exact mounted on top of trailer these panels power a lot of stuff just with the sun. I am selling a used 2012 full commercial kitchen equipped food trailer built 8 months ago and only been used for 6 months. Trailer comes with two commercial grade American Range gas deep fryers. Full 4 burner range w/ commercial oven, custom made gas grill all covered by a large stainless steel vent hood. There is also a top of the line Whirlpool two door stand up fridge/ freezer, a ground mounted 3' wide meat freezer, rv ac unit, two large sinks and a hand wash sink, and a brand new Snow Wizard shaved ice system already installed with proper drainage to the water system. There is a large fresh water tank and a waste water tank with water heater. The trailer comes equipped with two 100 lb propane tanks and a 10,000+ watt commercial generator welded to the frame of the trailer and strong enough to power an entire house. There is also a ... more24" HD flat screen tv installed into the side of the trailer between two large order windows with shock support for opening the window awnings. We have all the electrical plugs and even extra adapters(worth couple hundred dollars) to various types of outlets to plug the trailer in. You can operate this thing in the middle of no where on gas or you can plug into a commercial 220v outlet. I decked this trailer out for my parents to get into the food truck and snow cone business but at their age it has proven to be just to much for them to handle. I hate to sell this trailer but no need for it any more. Just trying to recoup what I put into it. This trailer is approved and permitted in the city of Houston. One of the toughest cities to get approved for a food trailer. There are a couple minor defects on the vent fan on top of the trailer(we hit a tree branch) The generator frame is bent slightly due to hitting the truck bumper when reversing, The deep fryer doors need a new hinge screw for the doors to stay on, There is a small cleaning acid stain in the far corner of the floor of the trailer, the refrigerator fridge door shelfs are not in place do to moving the trailer around
