Fresh water and gray water holding tanks, 6 gallon water heater, 3x6 service window, 2 stainless work tables, heated display case,cotton candy machine, 3 ft flat top grill, one chest freezer, one commercial Kenmore fridge,3 bowl sink, hand wash sink, dual table top electric fryer, warming table, microwave, and approx. 100 ft of cord with proper plugs to be used for plugging it in, also has large Air Conditioner with heat as well. This trailer like I said we have only used it a few times and is in EXCELLENT SHAPE. We have invested a considerable amount more than are asking price but we are planning to relocate and don't want to haul it too.

Up for auction is a stationary Concession/multi use Trailer. The exterior dimensions are 12' x 28'3" x 10'9" tall. The interior is seperated into two rooms. The food prep area and the Customer pick-up/reception area. The two rooms are seperate by a man door and a sliding glass window(used to wait on Customers) The food prep area is 17' x 11' and the floor and walls are tiled. Currently, there are three large burners on the floor, and they are piped for gas. There are 3 windows in the food prep area, and four exhaust fans. This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. The users were in business for just a few months and closed up. Trailer is in unbelievable condition. I have the original paperwork showing the pricing and the options this trailer came with. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. Custom Concession Catering Tailgating or Farmer's Market Trailer One of a Kind!!
I am selling my custom trailer. I completed the build in October of 2013. I built it for my catering business and used it for local Farmer's Market events but have since transitioned it into strictly catering and no longer need a trailer this size. It is a 5' x 8' trailer with a gate and 13" tires. From the original frame of the trailer up is made from 1' square steel tubing and has a mixture of composite. Galvanized steel and PVC to withstand outdoor use and storage. As you can see the top is hinged and opens up to 2 positions with the highest position pictured. Headroom height is about 6' 6" when open and when closed will fit into a standard garage door opening so there is no need to store it outside because it won't fit through the door. Floor is treated lumber covered by new outdoor carpet. Although the ... moretrailer is not completely water tight it can be hosed down and washed without worry because of the materials it is made of. With the gate down the overall floor space measures about 5' x 11 1/2' and the front has a tongue jack welded to it for front end support.
