This 10' x 20' trailer has a good-sized griddle. A warming unit, two deep fryers with baskets, and plenty of floor space. Food storage includes two freezers, one half-size refrigerator, and a beverage refrigerator. You can't see it well, but there are two sets of cabinets: one below the sink and one between the beverage fridge and the deep fryers. There are hoods, but one is missing the fan/motor. The trailer itself takes a 2 5/16" ball. There are padlocks to secure the windows and door. The windows lock open so you won't have to worry about wind or anything. Also included are 2 empty propane tanks that came with the trailer. This BBQ food truck is for sale in Tampa. FL. We have operated it successfully for one year now and are now expanding into a brick& mortar restaurant. It is a manual diesel engine and gets very good gas mileage as compared to our food trucker colleagues who average 3-5mpg. The truck's build out was done by Dixie Trailer here in Tampa Bay and no short cuts were taken. The roof top was reinforced and painted white with a special sealant. The serving window is flush with the truck's body and is built to be solid and secure when locked. The A/C unit on the top is off-set so that any condensation does not drip over and on to the serving side of the window. It does need repair. Hello we are selling our food truck. It is a 1985 Chevy P-30"AA-Catering" truck. It was previously a locally operating taco truck here in Humboldt County CA. We bought it a few months back with plans to renovate the kitchen to pass California's strict food codes; however our working capital wasn't in place to make it happen.
