Powerfull hood exhaust, AND cold air contioner keep you very cool even on the hottest days, cooking over a deep fryer! There is pleanty of room under the exhaust hood to add more cooking equipment to personalize your menu. Trailer has a very very long 220 power cord that has always been longer than I ever needed, with adapter plugs to accomodate any location. Internal, and external power outlets give you lots of options. 2 huge external gas tanks, each tank lasts me more than 3 weekends! Trailer ... morehas lots of storage, and signage. External lighting needs repair, then your signs will glow, but I have never needed them. Led strip lightings runs about $30 on ebay for a cheep and modern fix. My husband and I have put a lot of money in it, including new subflooring in most of the trailer, and fresh lanolyum. We hate to sell it, but life has thrown us a curve ball, so must. Clear title.
