Here is a Sencore Transi-Pak Power Supply for Transistorized Equipment Model PS 103. The front states that it provides up to 24 volts DC and has a 1.5 Volt tap for new Philco and Sylvania radios. Power supply is clean. Has typical scuffs and scrapes from use and rivets holding leather handle are rusty. I tested it and was able to adjust the voltage up to only about 18 Volts maximum. See last photo. No further testing was done. Therefore. The power supply is being offered as is. Great opportunity to obtain this Sencore power supply.
