Up for auction today is a Universal Voltronics High Voltage DC Power Supply. I tested this unit by: Powering it up. 117 volts input, and using a handheld name-brand meter to measure the output I was able to measure 1.2 KV dc at approximately 20 percent of the output. I was limited due to the meter. I would recommend replacing or repairing the line cord(the insulation is worn close to the chassis) Thank You.

This is a Universal Voltronics M-60-3 60 kiloVolt DC supply and I have absolutely no idea what it would be used for. It appears to be in good shape. But I have not tested it as that high a voltage scares the snot out of me. Even at only 3 MA it could probably make your eyeballs explode or worse. In that light.
