The lenses are the dark green made by Willson and they are in very good condition maybe a pin spot that is all. Included are two additional sets of lenses clear and Cesoweld dark green. Vintage Gateway Type No. 36H-5 Bakelite Dual Lens Gas Welding Cutting Goggles
Here is a vintage set of oxy/acetylene welding cutting goggles. Made by Gateway. These are Type No. 36H-5. And are made of a marbleized pattern Bakelite material, with thunder bolts decorating the outer sides. These have a dark green, and clear glass lenses. The center nose connection piece is adjustable, as is the elastic head strap. The lens caps screw off to allow changing if lenses. The goggle lenses measure 2" in diameter. These are in excellent condition. Only have being used a few times. The only flaw is a few tiny melt marks from hot slag. The glass has no cracks, chips, or deep scratches. Real Vintage Welding Goggles w/Light& Dark Green Lenses Everything you see in the photo. These goggles are in very good condition. I don't know what brand they are. But they are red& black mix& have lightning bolts on the sides. The light green lenses are great for Steampunk use. They will allow you to see where your going: The dark lenses say 50 WWS Sfy. S.T. RD. on the wrapper. They all have beveled edges. On the dark green lens I find H9MM on the light green Wh2.OH The goggles that I'm selling are designed for flat lenses. However the beveled edge lens fits in them. I saw a couple minor imperfections on the light green lenses. I didn't see any imperfections on the dark green lenses. The plastic protective outer lens cover has some scuffing. As you can see there is some extra strap material as well.

This item is vintage 1930's-1940's welding/protection goggles. There are two sets of lenses. The clear ones have a thin layer of pitting with small dirt debris embedded. I believe this can be pretty easily removed by an optician. The welding lenses are impeccable. Strap is intact as is nose chain. The material of the shell. I believe to be either duralite material of bakelite, from the research I have done. There is venting on the sides to prevent fogging. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Willson folding safety goggles with green lenses& green plastic frames and flexible wire stems covered in tan plastic. The goggles are pre-owned. In very good vintage condition. There are some small scratches on the lenses, none terribly significant, some rubs& scratches in the finish on the plastic frames, and discoloration in the finish on the hinges. VINTAGE Metro Welding Goggles in Cedar Box Steampunk EXTRA Lenses 1940's-1950's!
You're bidding on a pair of authentic. Antique welding goggles marked Metro on the metal vent caps. They come in an old cedar box marked Wizard on the hinge sides and an extra pair of clear lenses. Overall they are in nice condition with slight rust on the air vents. The original elastic headband has some wear but is still stretchy. One of the black lenses has a chip on the edge but it cannot be seen when in the goggles. There are also some tiny nicks in the lenses but they do not affect vision. The original gaskets between the lenses are in great shape. The extra clear lenses have multiple slag spots but are still useable. The heavy plastic frames are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I estimate them to be from the 1940s-50s. The clear glass has Welding spatter but the green glass is clean. Both lense caps unscrew from the front for cleaning or replacement. Has a leather nose piece in good condition.
