High Voltage Power Supply, and some cabling, as shown. These stages were removed from an ESI 9200 system. They look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. The cover to the upper axis assembly got a little bent, and one of the screws stripped, when we were removing it from the machine, but otherwise everything looks to be in pretty good shape. The power supply and amplifier chassis power up. However, I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test these items, and they are being sold as-is. The bottom stage features an 8" Wafer Vacuum Chuck, and a couple glass encoder scales.
