Hi Everyone, This is a circuit board for Thermo Scientific Forma Incubator. Model#3307. This circuit board does not work. The unit was less than 3 weeks old when the incubator stopped correctly maintaining the desired temperature and CO2 levels. I am not sure what is wrong with the board but if you can fix it. Minor touch up paint for small nicks could bring this to near new condition. The stainless steel front has some"swirl" or abrasions that appear to be from an attempt to remove sticker residue. The inside is clean. I'm neither a technician nor user of these cabinets and so could only do rudimentary testing. When plugged in the cabinet turns on and runs quietly. It started at 22 degrees Celsius and with 20 minutes went to over 33c at which point I turned it off. I did also note the the door latch does not smoothly clasp and appears to be off-set(see the picture of the latch) there is no damage to the hinges which are straight and secure. This is a lab grade incubator made by Forma Scientific. Inc. Its a CO, Water Jacketed Incubator Series II. You fill it with water that surrounds the chamber and helps hold temperatures. It has 2 doors on the front. The first door opens to a clear door, so you can look in on items without the temperature dropping. This incubator retails for over $5,000. I am no longer using it and hope someone can get some use out of this quality incubator. SHIPPING: This item is big and heavy and would be expensive to ship. I would recommend Local Pick Up.
