BRACE ADDED UNDER FINGERBOARD SECTION- PLEASE SEE LAST 2 PICS This is the first one I have seen that has not self-destructed with neck block implosion! A previous owner apparently added a brace right at the soundhole fingerboard junction that may account for the guitar's survival. Workmanship is a little sloppy- some extra glue on the inside and the brace could be reduced in size so you don't see it from the top. Anyway- it did the job allowing this guitar to be PLAYED while most of its brethren have died a long time ago. NECK IS GREAT- here is an Epi 12 string that you can PLAY! Good/average cosmetics for guitar that has probably never been in a case. Will require strings and personal set up. BEST OF LUCK WITH THE AUCTION!
