1974 Epiphone FT 165 Bard 12 Twelve String Guitar - Vintage!
Hi guys! This is a vintage Epiphone 12 string"Bard 12" made in Japan. The local seller said her husband's uncle bought it in 1974. I am aware that these Japanes models weren't specific to year when it came to serial number. So I am taking her word for it. It is a brown label"Norin" as pictured. It has a broken string, which I will replace tomorrow but since it's not in the pics, thought I would point it out. It has had a lot of lovin over the past 40 years.several dings. And a cracked binding in the back, which is pictured that doesn't affect the sound or play at all. Neck is solid and appears straight. Plays beautifully, and since I am playing it, that says alot. Has the remains of a small sticker, possibly the price tag, on the back of the head and the tuners are pitted or something. None of these affect ... moreplaying, of course, but trying to disclose. Bard's Tale I& II for the Commodore 64 This auction includes both games. Manual, registration card, original box, and original diskettes. Both games were tested, and the diskettes for both are in very good shape overall- the labels have only very minor mottling, and one sleeve is bent a bit on the rear flap. The pictures tell the story- these are well-loved copies of the game. But appear to be complete. The Bard's Tale I fold-out cover has writing on the front(previous owner put"II" and something else on there in marker) and some on the inside, and the cover is pretty frayed, but still complete and functional. The Bard's I manual has some tears on the back cover(pictured) and wrinkling. The Bard's II top cover box has one end flap torn down the edges(pictured) and some general wear on the manual. Really nice set of four coin silver forks made by the C. Bard& Son company of Philadelphia. Pennsylvania at some point during the company's brief existence(1850-1859) Each has a subtle yet elegant design with three initials engraved on the handle that are difficult to make out. These are in excellent condition with only minimal signs of wear. Each fork is fairly large, measuring 7.75" long, with the set weighing 222 grams total.
