Stained Glass Transom Window Panel With Clear Vintage Plate And Glass Marbles
This piece was made in the traditional Tiffany copper foil method. The vintage plate is clear and has many cuts that catch the light very well. The plate is anchored on all four corners with four marble nuggets. Then framed out in orange. Teal blue and yellow. Then framed in a solid black. The piece measures approximately 11 1/2" x 11 1/2" and has four hooks so that it can be hung from any orientation. The piece will be very carefully packed to insure safe delivery to you. It is in the original frame which is painted on both sides. It measures 29.75 inches wide by 18 inches tall and is 1.25 inches thick. The glass only is approx. 26.25 x 13.75 inches. Overall it is in decent condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple of hairlines. One piece has a chip. This leaded stained glass transom measures in overall dimensions: 89" x 15-3/4" I can only find one crack in the small butterscotch piece of glass. I thought there was another however it just APPEARS to be a crack but it is a flaw in the early glass because there is no crack on the reverse side of the piece. It is a very sturdy! Stianed Glass Transom Window Panel - Large Three Diamond Totally Beveled
This panel was made in the traditional Tiffany copper foil method. The center of this panel is three 3" x 5" diamonds which are filled in with bevles then framed with 1 1/2" bevels. Then finished off with large 4" bevels which make a dramatic pact. The solder and zinc are silver. It has two hooks for hanging. The measurements are 16 3/8 inches by 20 3/8 inches. Here is a very nice old eyebrow? arch window?spider?Sunrise?This had many years of old paint on this.Did not even realize this was a window for a while.someone painted over the glass!I did clean up the glass a little,could use more cleaning if you want too?I know the house was built in the 20's.have no idea on the age of these windows,assume about that time,this was over front door.This is 84" long,8" tall and about 1 1/8" thick.I am going to list this as pickup only,not sure I can ship this big an item.last picture shows all the paint on this.I have 2 more of these if interested in all.Let me know if you have any questions,thanks for looking.
