I am a professional glass restorer and I developed this powder due to the soaring price of cerium and in 99% of cases it polishes to a perfectly acceptable degree and in the odd 1% or so where it may need further polishing. It really only need a quick flash with cerium thus cutting costs dramatically. Free delivery. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed. In the photo above I have ground down a small chip on the rim of a heavy cut glass open salt. In the photos below I have polished the area using this powder and I am satisfied that it needs no further polishing. I am also restoring this lovely Whitefriars paperweight inkwell. I have ground out several chips and smoothed the surface and I have just polished the section shown below just using this powder and once again it needs no further polishing with cerium. As I say in the vast majority of cases this powder polishes to a perfectly acceptable degree. The only time I have had to give a quick flash with cerium has been on the main body of crystal glassware when removing scratches and that is because this powder seems to leave a slight halo around the edge of the polished area on this type of glass although the centre area is perfectly polished, but as I say this is removed in seconds with cerium. This is not cerium but it does act like it. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Good luck with your project.

This token was gilted copper when original with some gilt still remaining, it is one inch in diameter and in XF condition. It was made by the Whitehead& Hoag co. On one side around the rim it reads CARRY THIS COIN AND BE LUCKY- USE SAFETY GLASS FOR GREATER SAFETY. In the center it shows the expo symbol with the year 1934 and CHICAGO below. This is a 1956 Vintage Gillette Safety Razor Set Counter Display with Glass Top Pat D-167862. It measures 17" x 13-5/8" x 2-1/4" This Gillette display would make a great addition to any retro barbershop or 50s vintage bathroom decor and a great display case for vintage barbering equipment. It can be hung on the wall as we'll however the glass would have to be taped or secured so it doesn't fall. I always thought it would look awesome as a display case on the wall with a light behind it. The tape the picture is only there to keep the glass from falling out. This piece is being sold as is minimal cleaning done so it it should clean up a little better than it looks in the picture. Please view the pictures to assess condition. This awesome pair of safety glasses are in good shape with no odor. Damage or obvious wear. They are marked on the inside arms Z87 SAFELINE U.S.A. The green glass lenses have no scratches and each have a marking etched in them that looks like AO 211. The inside next to the green glass lenses have the markings 50 and Z87 and opposite is the letter P. the front of the glasses on the upper rim corners have the letters SL in the metal rivets that hold the hinges in place.
