It originally must have had glass or wood inserts for the shelf but they are missing and will need to be replaced by the new owner- you could potentially also use small trays for each shelf. The openings for the shelf inserts measure approx 12.25" x 6.25" The wire may need to be bent back into shape for the inserts as the bottom appears to be a bit curved- probably from storage. Welcome to my auction for this lovely chrome ART DECO Tray from the Machine Age. It has a carmel color bakelite handle and two glass inserts that are removable. This piece is about 13 x 8 x 4.5" tall. The glass inserts have a zipper edge and there are two that are divided in half. Each is about 5 x 6 x 1" deep. No cracks or chips and the little sawtooth edge is also chip free. Very nice old set.

Up for auction a neat vintage set of 8 aluminum ice cream cups w/4 glass inserts and 8 non matching coasters. No markings to tell me the maker on either the cups or coasters and I don't believe these were originally used for the cups but I bought them together and I think they need to stay together. Most are actually a pretty good match. I matched a black coaster to the purple cup and a forest green coaster goes best with the lime colored cup. Some scratches to some of the cups and most of the coasters have at least some scratches. But in pretty good overall condition. The four glass inserts are in good shape. No chips. 3 VINTAGE CRANBERRY IVT ART GLASS PICKLE CASTOR INSERTS This auction is for 3 IVT Cranberry pickle castor inserts. All with their Silver Plate lids. ALL MEASUREMENTS BELOW ARE OF THE INSERTS ONLY AND DO NOT INCLUDE THE LIDS. First. We have a deep Cranberry(could easily be called Ruby) insert that measures 5” tall, 2 ¾” across the top, 4” in diameter at its widest and 2 ¾” across the base. It is decorated with gold enameled flowers, leaves and stems in a“drapery-like” pattern. Its lid is a beautiful. 3-panel, figural lid decorated with a bird situated among flowers and leaves on 1 panel, a Dragon Fly among Ferns on 1 panel and a Bee or Wasp among leaves on the third panel. Second. We have a cranberry piece that has clear, applied Rigaree between its shoulder and rim. It measures 4 ¼” tall, 3 ¼” across the top, 4 ¼” ... morein diameter at its widest and 2 ¾” across the base. It has a plain, Silver Plate lid with a“wafer-like” finial. Third. We have a Corset shaped insert that measures 4 11/16” tall, 2 ¾” across the top, a tad over 3 ¾” at its widest and 2 ¾” across the base. This piece also has a plain Silver Plate lid, with a floral decorated finial. Except for the Corset shaped piece. That has a couple of“nicks” on its rim that cannot be seen with its lid on, these pieces are without damage of any kind and are in virtually mint condition WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CHIPS, CRACKS, FLEAS, DAMAGE OR REPAIRS! This item is a Beautiful Sheffield England Sectional Condiments Platter/ Server(not really sure what the proper name for this is) It is Alpha Plate Silver Chased made in Sheffield England. It has five(5) individual sections- the middle is the tallest. Each configures to fit into an oval tray/holder which has an open design 1" side. The tray measures approx. 1" tall x approx. 12.5" long x approx. 8" wide. The glass is pressed design which to me looks like crystal- does have a ring to it when tapped. It sparkles when empty- see pictures for best description. No chips or cracks- try has only one small dark spot along the inside near the rim which isn't seen when the glass inserts are in- couldn't take a good picture of it because I kept getting reflections- will try again if anyone needs to see it- might disappear ... morewhen given a better polishing- again- when glass is in place you can't see it. This listing is for a Vintage L.E. SMITH Daisy& Button Punch Bowl Set. It comes complete in the original box with all inserts. This set has the punch bowl. 20) punch cups, and a glass ladle. I have gone over this set thoroughly. And I noticed a factory divet in the glass on the inside top of(1) of the points of the bowl. I also found a rough spot on the inside top of(1) of the points. I do not believe it is a chip. The inside base of the punch bowl has what I determine as(2) scratches in the glass. L.E. SMITH is noted for air bubbles in their glass. And I believe these came from pockets of air that formed these line scratches in the surface. I have sold(2) of these exact punch bowls having the same defects. I have checked at the base of the punch bowl. And none of these scratches extend to the bottom of the glass. I don't believe ... morethese are cracks. 1) of the scratches is very shallow. As the other scratch in the glass is deeper. We just used this punch bowl for a function we had. And had no problems with it at all. The punch cups are free of any chips. Or cracks. Vintage Mid-Century Chrome Cream Pitcher Creamer Sugar w/ Cobalt Glass Inserts
This pretty vintage cream pitcher and open sugar bowl set has been made with decorative pierced work to the metal form. The set dates from the 1950's and is in good. Vintage condition. The metalwork has been finished in a high shine chromium plate, possibly to mimic a silver tea set, or more likely due to the chrome metallic finishes that were used prevalently during this era. Think back to the automobiles and appliances of this time period, and how much chrome was utilized in their manufacture. Each of these pieces contains a cobalt blue glass insert. The creamer insert has a spout in the glass and fits securely into the chrome frame, so that it remains firmly in place when poured, using the curved metal handle. The sugar bowl measures 2 5/8" tall and 4 1/4" wide. The creamer measures 3 1/4" tall and 5 1/2" wide. ... moreThe only blemish that I see on this set is featured in the last close-up photograph. It appears that there is a small crack in the bottom of the glass insert on the cream pitcher. I did not notice this at first, until I held it up to the light. I have tested the creamer by pouring water into it and it does not leak. I believe that this is an internal flaw in the glass that occurred during the manufacturing process, as the flaw is only on the interior on the pitcher, not going through to the underside/outside of the glass. From the 1970s. These two nice Avon collectible jars are up for auction. I did not wash or clean them for fear of damaging their value, but I believe they would clean up nicely for display. The glass bottoms are undamaged pressed glass with a fan and criss-cross pattern. The silver-looking lids show some paint loss and are dusty. The decals on the bottoms are still legible. Burlwood Revolving Server Lazy Susan with Glass Inserts Vintage Collectibles(click picture for more details& pictures) This is a beautiful round burlwood server on a lazy susan base with molded sides from the first half of the 20th century. The inner lip of the lid has been repaired as shown in picture# 5. There are also some shrinkage cracks in the lid as shown in pictures 3 and 4. The interior has a small center glass dipping bowl surrounded by 5 glass serving dishes. It has the original finish. It is about 12 1/2" in diameter and stands about 5 1/2" high. The smallest box is a lighter color than the two larger ones. No chips or cracks on any of the boxes or glass inserts. The two larger boxes have yellow stain on lids. Antique Cast Gold Double Ink Well Pen Stand with Original Glass Inserts
Offered at auction is this ornate gold antique cast double ink well and pen stand. It rests on four feet with two ink wells and the tray to hold your pens. The piece measures approximately 8” x 4 ¾” x 3 ½” This turn of the century piece is in great condition with the two original glass inserts in place. Vintage Clear Glass Relish Dish With Matching Set Of 4 Inserts
Vintage matching relish dishes being sold as a set. All in very good condition. No chips are cracks. The bottom of all pieces have a small hobnail pattern, and all pieces have scalloped edges. Rectangular dish is 8 3/4" long, 6" wide and 1 1/4" high. Inserts placed together are 8" in diameter and 1 1/4" high. The age is unknown and I don’t know who or where they were made as there are no markings on the bottoms.

Two Sterling Silver Vases with Glass Inserts
Two sterling silver vases with glass inserts. Made by Webster Sterling Company. The glass inserts are carved with a thistle pattern and they set into silver bases, the glasses can be easily removed and are not glued together. Each glass has a small rim chip, but the bases are in good condition. The vase is 4 1/2" tall with the glass insert inside the silver base, the glass insert is 4" tall, and the base is 2 1/4" tall. At their widest points, the base is 2" across and the glass insert is 2 1/2" wide. The silver bases weigh approximately 1 ounce, without the glass inserts.
